Indianapolis, Indiana - Cleveland Construction, Inc., a national hospitality construction management firm, has mobilized to begin construction on a new $16M Residence Inn by Marriott hotel located at 2585 Perry Crossing Way within The Shops at Perry Crossing retail development in Plainfield, Indiana.
This new 4-story, 79,514 SF Residence Inn, developed by Peachtree Hotel Group, will include 108 extended stay guestrooms, an indoor pool, fitness center, a meeting room, a lounge, dining areas, & an exterior patio. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2023.
