Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Fulks to Senior Project Manager within the Interior Specialty Trades operations.
Tim joined Cleveland Construction in 1991 as a Field Superintendent before working his way into a Project Manager role in 2013. He has extensive experience managing nationwide healthcare, hospitality, office, and entertainment construction projects. Tim recently completed managing the interior and exterior trades package for the renovation and expansion of the Lexington Convention Center Rupp Arena.
He is currently managing the Interior Specialty Trades package at the Caramont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, North Carolina, which will be completed in Summer 2023.
