Carlos Lopez is a Senior Project Manager for Cleveland Construction's Interior Specialty Trades division. Carlos started as a co-op with Cleveland construction in 2004 as an assistant estimator, he was responsible for assisting with quantity takeoff, pricing specialties, and Bidding documentation. In 2007, Carlos advanced as a Project Estimator bidding on commercial projects across the country.

Due to his work ethic, integrity, and impeccable organization skills in 2015 Carlos was promoted to a Project Manager, managing multiple projects for Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, and others. Some of his responsibilities are managing daily field operations, quality control, safety, compliance with schedules, budget, and monitor project progress, and set deadlines.

Carlos has experience in these building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, plaster and lath components, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, Metal ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, and fabric panels.

Some of the projects he has managed are the Denver VA Hospital (Denver, CO), Novak Center for Children Health University of Louisville (Louisville KY), Springhill Suites (Nashville, TN), Norton Brownsboro hospital (Louisville KY), Bethesda North Hospital Thomas Comprehensive Care Center (Cincinnati OH), and Homewood suites (Louisville, KY).

Carlos has an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from Cincinnati State.
