As President of Cleveland Construction's Interiors Operations, Dave Kurilko is responsible for all the company's self-performing drywall and metal stud framing operations. David oversees all day-to-day operations for Cleveland Construction's Mason, Charlotte, Orlando, and Jessup, Maryland office locations.

With Cleveland Construction, Inc. for over three decades, Dave has supervised the installation of over a billion dollars worth of drywall and metal framing projects. Dave currently oversees a staff of project managers, foremen, and superintendents, who handle a workforce of over 1,000 craftsmen at any given time, representing millions of square feet of space under construction. Dave reviews, on a monthly basis, project forecasts for each project manager, projecting the final outcome of all self-performing projects.

Dave is experienced in the installation of the following high-end interior specialty building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, plaster and lath components, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric panels, prefabricated load-bearing construction, and vinyl wall coverings.

His contributions have been instrumental in the installation of many high-end drywall and metal framing projects throughout the country including the Trump International Hotel and Marriott Marquis Hotel, both located in Washington, D.C., MacDill Air force Base Central Command Center in Tampa, Florida, the Miami University Residence Hall, 21c Museum Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, the KFC Yum! Center in Lousiville, Kentucky, and a 1,100,000 square-foot William Beaumont Fort Bliss Replacement in Fort Bliss, Texas.
