David Kurilko, Jr. is the Operations Manager for Cleveland Construction's Walls & Ceilings Division in Orlando, Florida. David is responsible for ensuring that all our self-performing interior trade operations flow smoothly, through continual communication with the office staff, project managers, clients, and field personnel. He regularly visits all Orlando area projects and stays intimately involved to assist each project as needed. David has years of experience managing all aspects of the construction process including scheduling, manpower coordination, material purchasing, budget control, quality assurance, project closeout, and field supervision and safety.

David is experienced in the following high-end building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, plaster and lath components, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric panels, and vinyl wall coverings.

David began his career with Cleveland Construction in 2003 as a laborer and carpenter. He performed tasks that involved operating hand and power tools of all types, designing, building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel. In 2009, David was promoted to a Project Manager and managed multiple interior trade packages for various project types. David's work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver challenging projects ultimately led to his appointment as operations manager of Cleveland Construction's Orlando office in 2018. 

His favored work includes the Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C., and the Miami University Residence Halls in Oxford, Ohio. David has an associate in Construction Management from Cincinnati State in Cincinnati, Ohio.
