Kent Ratliff is the Vice President of Interiors Operations and is located in Mason, Ohio. Kent started as a co-op with Cleveland Construction in 1997 as a Project Engineer. He was responsible for assisting in daily documentation of daily reports, work tickets, sign-in sheets and numerous office duties. After learning the ins and outs of construction, Kent became the Operations Manager in 2007 and promoted most recently to Vice President of Interiors Operations in 2016. It is his job to make sure the operations of the interiors division is running smooth and efficiently while meeting the expectations and needs of clients.

Kent's main responsibility is to oversee all current interior trades projects across the country. He coordinates compliance with the schedule, safety, budgets, and quality performance while providing leadership to the management staff and tradesmen.

Kent’s industry experience mainly involves Healthcare, Government, and Sports and Entertainment. Some of his favorite work is the West Chester Medical Center located in West Chester, Ohio, UK College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky and the UK Chandler Medical Center located in Lexington, Kentucky.
