Rhett Stayer is a Vice President for Cleveland Construction and is located in the Mason, Ohio office. Rhett began his career as drywall tradesman for Cleveland Construction, Inc. in 1980.

Rhett is responsible for managing the daily operations of Cleveland Construction's self-performing drywall and metal framing services for multiple projects. He regularly visits the company's current projects and stays intimately involved in each project as needed.

Rhett is experienced in the following high-end building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, plaster and lath components, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric panels, and vinyl wall coverings.

Rhett has years of experience overseeing the installation of the interior trades process including quality control, safety, labor management, scheduling, budget control, submittals, change order management, project closeout, and field supervision.

His contributions have been instrumental in the execution of many high-end projects over the last several years, including the SKYE Condominiums and Hyatt Place Hotel, University of South Carolina Honors Residence Hall, Infinity Brigade Combat Team Barracks (IBCT), and the Fort Bliss Replacement Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
