Interior Trades Contractor for the Adena Specialty Surgery Center

Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed interior trades work at the new Adena Specialty Surgery Center & Parking for Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.

This new 111,000 SF facility will including ORs and related perioperative spaces designed to support advanced patient care and to minimize the risk of HAIs, inpatient rooms designed for patient and family comfort, clinical spaces to care for patients both before and after their procedures, and wellness and rehab spaces to support long-term patient health and wellness.

Cleveland Construction was subcontracted under Messer Construction to furnish and install the metal framing and drywall, thermal insulation, expansion control, doors and frames, acoustical ceilings, Wood Ceilings, and radiation protection. The construction started in March of 2020 and was completed in August of 2021.
