Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the interior trades package for this new 280,000 square-foot two-building office complex at the corner of Neil Avenue and Nationwide Boulevard in Columbus, Ohio.
The two 6-story Class-A office buildings are connected and included conference rooms, private offices, secured server rooms, cafeteria, break rooms and open office environments for tenants Columbia Gas of Ohio and Jones Day.
Cleveland Construction was contracted to self-perform the general trades package at both buildings which included installation of the interior metal stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing, acoustical ceilings & soffits, rough carpentry, doors, framing and hardware.
