Interior Trades Contractor for the How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk Themed Land
Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed the interior and exterior trades package for the How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk themed land at Universal Orlando in Florida.
This 675,000 square-foot development serves as a major thematic land within the park, bringing the fictional Viking world to life. The project featured highly specialized structural and architectural requirements to replicate the unique rockwork, villages, and environments from the franchise.
Cleveland Construction was subcontracted with Hensel Phelps to furnish and install the interior and exterior trades througour this themed attraction. Cleveland Construction’s scope of work included metal stud framing, drywall, drywall finishing, and insulation. We were also responsible for installing acoustical and specialty ceilings, as well as performing extensive, custom stucco work essential to achieving the project's strict thematic finishes.
