Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the interior trades contractor for the Bed Tower Addition at Norton Healthcare Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Bed Tower project included the construction of a five-story, 172,000 SF addition to the existing bed tower. The expanded tower includes an additional 70 new patient beds and new neurosurgery bi-plane suites. The project also included 44,000 SF of renovation to the existing hospital that was fully occupied during construction.

Cleveland Construction's scope of work included metal stud framing, drywall and gypsum board assemblies, finish carpentry, interior joint sealers, acoustical ceilings, and integrated X-Ray shielding assemblies. Construction began in 2018 and will be completed in 2022. Messer Construction is carrying out construction on the project, and Cleveland Construction is subcontracted to complete the interior trades scope.
