Interior Trades Package for the Grand Concourse Expansion at Orange County Convention Center
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is performing the interior and exterior specialty trades for the Orange County Convention Center Grand Concourse Expansion project in Orlando, Florida.
This 144,000 square-foot multi-story expansion features a new grand concourse, flexible meeting spaces, an expansive ballroom, and a column-free exhibit hall designed to host major national and international exhibitions.
Our team is subcontracted with Turner Construction to furnish and install the specialty trades package.
Cleveland Construction’s scope of work includes structural metal stud framing, drywall installation, drywall finishing, insulation, and the installation of both acoustical and specialty ceiling systems.
Our team is also performing specialized exterior and interior finishes, including exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) installation, and fabric-wrapped acoustic wall panels.
