Cleveland Construction Promotes Mike Swalley to Project Executive
Cleveland, OH - Cleveland Construction, Inc. announces the promotion of Mike Swalley to Project Executive, where he will oversee operations in our multifamily and retail markets.
Since joining Cleveland Construction in 2011, Mike has managed various public, hospitality, retail, and multifamily construction projects nationwide. His expertise has been key in expanding our portfolio and strengthening relationships with key clients, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, CarMax, and Simon Property Group.
In his new role, Mike will oversee our team of project managers and assistant project managers to verify that our services are executed consistently throughout the preconstruction and construction phases. He will provide executive oversight to complete projects following our company standards. Mike will also drive company growth, promote employee training and development, and maintain strong client partnerships.
