Chad will lead operations and client relations for Cleveland Construction’s Charlotte, NC office.
CHARLOTTE, NC (October 4, 2022) – Cleveland Construction Inc. announces the hiring of Chad Webb as General Manager for the firm’s operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. Chad will spreadhead growing Cleveland Construction’s presence in Charlotte, guiding everything from client development and construction services to strategic growth and overall operations in the region.
In his new role, Chad, along with a seasoned team of Cleveland Construction veterans, will lead the company’s regional work in the area, including positioning the firm for strategic opportunities in the hospitality, multifamily, aviation, and K-12 markets across Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, and Greensboro. He also serves on the company’s executive leadership team.
The firm’s recent projects in the Charlotte area include the new luxury multifamily development at 1701 East Boulevard in Dilworth, the expansion of Concourse E at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and the Carolina Theatre Historic Rehabilitation.
With nearly two decades of experience working throughout the North Carolina commercial construction industry, Chad looks forward to promoting Cleveland Construction in the community. “This is an incredible opportunity to lead the Charlotte office and leverage our national brand throughout the Carolinas while providing growth opportunities for our employees,” Chad commented.
