Formerly known as the Electric Illuminating Company Building, the historic building is 15-stories and over 131,000 gross square feet. The building conversion included 114 new one- and two-bedroom residential apartments on floors 2-14.

Interior renovations on the first floor included a resident lounge, leasing office, community space, mailroom, building and bicycle storage, and retail spaces. The basement renovation consisting of mechanical, tenant storage, fitness and exercise areas, pet wash, and a game lounge. A 600 square-foot rooftop patio with a kitchen and restroom was also added to the building.
