Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the construction manager for a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel development in Lexington, Kentucky. This exciting development is located within the popular The Summitt at Friz Farm retail area.

This 5-story, 72,800 square-foot hotel is built with a structural system that includes load-bearing cold-formed metal framing and precast plank, complemented by CMU elevator and stair shafts. The hotel facade is an attractive combination of brick, cultured stone, EIFS, and composite siding.

The hotel will include 118 guestrooms, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, a front desk with a lounge, dining areas, and an exterior patio for hotel guests.
