Dan Dietrich, Vice President of Construction joined our construction management team in 2002 and is located in our Cleveland, OH office. Dan is responsible for coordinating a team of project managers through the completion of multiple commercial construction contracts and acts as a prominent resource for our clients to ensure that their goals of completing a construction project are successfully met.

He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project, including the management and control of the financial aspect of each project including budgeting, scheduling, negotiation of contracts, and enforcement of contractual provisions from pre-bid to warranty.

Dan’s industry experience includes various types of construction projects in multi-family, retail/mixed-use, auto dealerships, hospitality, and industrial. His most recent work for Cleveland Construction includes the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the Terminal Tower Residences, Residences at Halle, and Residences at Leader in Cleveland, Ohio, and the construction management for a new multi-family development The Ascent at Top of the Hill located Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowling Green State University in Construction Management and Architecture and is an active member of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training Course and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
