New Walmart Fuel Station Completed in Princeton, Indiana
Cleveland Construction, Inc. has officially completed the construction of the new Walmart fuel station in Princeton, Indiana. The fuel station and convenience store was successfully delivered within a 4.5 month construction schedule.
The project recently passed all final inspections, paving the way for the owner to begin stocking shelves with products, training employees, and open to the general public. During the final phase, specialized fuel equipment inspectors reviewed the dispensers and underground storage tanks to ensure full operational compliance. Additionally, the State Fire Marshal conducted a thorough review of the building accessibility, fire safety systems, and handicap access requirements.
Located on the outlot of the existing Walmart Supercenter, the new facility includes an 8-pump fueling station under a canopy and a 1,500 square-foot wood-framed convenience retail building. Our scope of work involved the installation of 3 underground fuel tanks, specialized fueling equipment, and a full interior build-out featuring convenience sales, refrigeration, and restrooms.
The project also included sitework with heavy-duty paving, landscaping, and the installation of a stormwater management system.
