Aravilla Memory Care & Assisted Living Community

Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the design-build contractor for a new multi-phased assisted living and memory care community located in Clearwater, Florida.

Management of the first phase contained constructing a new 2-story, 65,000 square-foot secure assisted living community for memory care (Memory Care Community) with 84 units and 95 beds. This phase also include designing and building the associated shared service and common spaces, as well as shared parking areas on a 7.96 acre site. Construction for the first phase was completed in 18-months.

The community provides residential units with home-style front porches with high-end features inside and out, entertainment and dining areas, activity promenade, industrial-style kitchen, multi-purpose theatre, and a laundry room.

The second phase will include a 3-story, 105,000 SF, 132-bed assisted living community with associated service space and connection to the Memory Care Community. Separate main entries and office space, meeting rooms, dining and kitchen areas, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a resort-style aqua-therapy pool area with an outdoor garden, and water features will also be included.
