Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the Design-Builder for a fast-track warehouse addition at Best Supply's headquarters in Eastlake, Ohio.
The project included 17,500 square-feet of new building area added to the rear of the existing warehouse facility. The new addition was built using a pre-engineered metal building system with a CMU wainscot and metal wall and roof panels. Skylights were installed to maximize daylight to reduce power consumption.
Over 18,500 square-feet of the new pavement surface areas were added to the site. The storage yard was expanded by 4,000 square feet, which bridges the gap between the warehouse addition and the existing storage yard.
A new truck access drive was added that connects the warehouse addition to an existing parking lot.
A new asphalt parking lot was also added to allow 12 additional customer vehicles in front of the existing facility. Site utility improvements included the installation of a new sanitary sewer connection, relocating fire hydrant and stormwater drainage improvements.
