Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the construction of a new 2-story, 95,000 SF automobile dealership and service center with a parking deck. The project also included the phased demolition of 2 buildings, as well as the original Toyota of Naples auto dealership.
The new dealership features a showroom, customer service areas, sales and administrative offices, an auto service department with a covered drive-through service reception area, and an auto car wash.
The facility also contains a new vehicle delivery area along with a parts storage area, and an additional 52,000 SF parking deck above the service department for car inventory and employee parking.
Construction of the Germain Toyota of Naples auto dealership began in April 2011 and was completed in July 2012.
