Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. managed the fit-out of an existing tenant space that occupied 7,870 SF on the third floor of the Halle Building located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Designed by GPD Group, the tenant fit-out of GPD Group's new offices included selective demolition, salvaging, and refinishing of existing hardwood floors; the build-out of 11 new offices, 2 conference rooms, and a work area/kitchen; and the reconfiguration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the space. The project also included drop ceiling "clouds" located below the exposed structure to add modern architectural lighting while exposing the historic nature of the building.
