Project Overview
Over the course of 10-months, Cleveland Construction renovated the interior of Keith Ware Hall, a hotel at Fort Hood military post located just outside of Killeen, Texas.
After the buildings renovation, the hotel at Fort Hood was branded a Holiday Inn Express as part of the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) Program. The project consisted of a completely renovating the buildings 274-rooms (new lighting, carpet, ceramic, furnishings, amenities, vanities, shower curtains, shower rods, shower heads), renovation of the existing lounge into a Great Room – complete with large flat panel TVs and hot breakfast buffet and a new business center. In addition, the hotel now offers an in-ground swimming pool and pool house, laundry facilities, renovated hotel lobby area with an added convenience shop, new entrance sign, installation of addressable fire alarm and smoke detection system, and upgraded mechanical system for improved guest comfort.
