Project Overview

Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the general contractor for the complete interior remodel of a 62,700 square-foot Kroger supermarket in Steubenville, Ohio.

Cleveland Construction coordinated and managed all aspects of this store remodel including; selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, misc. metals, carpentry, roof repair, joint sealants, doors and hardware, VCT, epoxy flooring, carpet, acoustical ceiling cleaning and replacement, painting, décor upgrades, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. During construction, the store continued normal operations uninterrupted. Cleveland Construction worked closely with store personnel and the construction teams to minimize inconvenience to the stores customers. 

The entire store was remodeled in 4 phases that ranged from 4-to 8-weeks each. Cleveland Construction created and management the construction schedule and sequence of events to facilitate timely the completion of the project and minimize the store operations.
