Lowes Foods Interior Renovation

Cleveland Construction completed an interior renovation of the 42,497 square-foot KJ's Market Store, converting it into Lowes Foods #293. The grocery project included phased demolition and renovation of main areas such as the sales floor, deli, restrooms, meat department, and customer service.

The 32-week project was conducted primarily during off-hours to ensure the store remained open during regular business hours.

Our team managed daily coordination with store operations to minimize disruptions, using temporary barriers, signage, and controlled access points to maintain customer access and safety. Safety protocols were strictly enforced to protect both store staff and customers.

Exterior facade improvements, including the front entrance, were managed and delivered separately by the landlord, following a 90-day schedule from the start of exterior work.
