New Fueling Station Construction

Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided general contracting services for the construction of a new eight-pump fueling station at Sam’s Club #6440 in Latham, New York. The project included the installation of three 5,000lb fuel tanks and a 192 square foot pre-fabricated service building situated as a separate structure from the fueling canopy.

Site work scope of work involved selective site demolition, earthwork, and the installation of fuel station equipment and piping. Fuel station work also included canopy columns, concrete, both standard and heavy-duty asphalt paving, site lighting, landscaping, and signage.

The existing Sam’s Club remained fully operational throughout the entire construction process. To ensure minimal impact on daily operations, the project team coordinated all phases of work to maintain a safe and accessible environment for store customers and staff.
