New Sam's Club #6189 Fuel Station Construction
Apopka, Florida
Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the general contractor for the development of a 3,500 square-foot fuel station in Apopka, Florida. This project was completed within the parking lot during the construction of a 139,210 square-foot Sam’s Club retail building.
The fuel station scope involved the installation of 3 fuel tanks and 6 dispensing pumps located under a canopy. Our team also constructed a 200 square-foot service kiosk directly beneath the canopy. As part of the broader site development, the work included managing site demolition, earthwork, and the installation of essential utilities.
The exterior of the station featured concrete paving, curbs, and sidewalks. To ensure a functional and accessible environment, the project also included roadwork, pavement markings, and the integration of plumbing and electrical systems for the fuel equipment.
