New Fuel Station at Sam's Club St. Clairsville

Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided general contracting services for the construction of a new 8-pump fueling station at Sam’s Club #6556 in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The project involved the installation of 3 underground fuel storage tanks and a 192 square-foot pre-fabricated service center located beneath a new canopy.

Sitework scope included earthwork and the installation of fuel station equipment and piping. The project also featured heavy-duty asphalt and concrete paving, curb and gutter installation, and canopy columns. Final site improvements consisted of site lighting, landscaping, and signage.

The existing Sam’s Club remained fully operational throughout the entire construction process. Our team coordinated closely with the store manager to sequence work and minimize disruptions. To ensure a positive experience for store customers, we implemented traffic control, temporary protections, and used low-impact equipment. Additionally, all disruptive work was scheduled during non-peak hours to maintain a safe and accessible environment.
