Project Overview

Cleveland Construction Inc. was the general contractor for the construction of Spotsylvania Towne Center, a new 150,000 square-foot lifestyle retail center in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Developed by The Cafaro Group of Youngstown, Ohio, Spotsylvania Towne Center consists of five separate retail buildings. The center combines upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment and includes landscaped park-like pedestrian areas.

Cleveland Construction worked with the architect on each building to construct the specific shell design and build-out. 

This retail center is comprised of 150,000 square feet and was built onto the southeast side of the current Spotsylvania Mall between Sears and Macy’s overlooking Interstate 95.
