Contractor for a New 10-Pump Fuel Station

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is the general contractor for a new Walmart Fuel Station located on the outlot of an existing Walmart Supercenter Store #299 on Walton Ave. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The project includes construction of a 10-pump fuel station under a 6,120 square-foot canopy, 3 underground fuel tanks, and a 1,618 square-foot wood-framed convenience building with EIFS exterior and a PVC roof membrane, complete with convenience sales, refrigerators, restrooms, and storage.

Our team is managing the installation of all fuel station equipment, including piping, 3 underground storage tanks, fuel dispensers, and point-of-sale systems.

Sitework includes landscape beds, asphalt and concrete pavement, exterior signage, site lighting, striping, and stormwater management systems to ensure sustainability and compliance.
