Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for a new Walmart fuel station located on the outlot of an existing Walmart Supercenter in Princeton, Indiana. The project featured the construction of an 8-pump fuel station under a canopy and the installation of three underground fuel tanks.

The project also included a 1,500 square-foot wood-framed retail building featuring an EIFS exterior and a PVC roof membrane. This facility was completed with convenience sales areas, refrigerators, restrooms, and storage. Our team managed the installation of all fuel station equipment, including piping, underground storage tanks, fuel dispensers, and point-of-sale systems.

The scope of work involved sitework, including landscaping, exterior signage, and site lighting. Additionally, a stormwater management systems was installed to ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance.
