WS Tyler Warehouse Addition

Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided Design-Build services to W.S. Tyler to expand their warehouse facility at their headquarters in Mentor, Ohio.
The new 12,000-square-foot steel manufacturing facility addition included tie-in work to their existing warehouse space. The expanded area will be used for dry storage of finished materials. The project also included the addition of a new private men's restroom within the existing facility, an exterior concrete pad, an overhead door, and landscaping.
The W.S. Tyler expansion was Cleveland Construction's first project with W.S. Tyler. Cleveland Construction's headquarters has been located next door to the manufacturing facility since W.S. Tyler moved to its current Tyler Blvd. location in 1994. Arkentics served as the architect. The 12,000-square-foot warehouse expansion was completed in four months.
