Cleveland Construction was recently awarded the construction management contract to manage the construction of a new 45,000 square-foot, 4-story Tru by Hilton Hotel located at 107 Providence Blvd, Macon, GA 31210.
The hotel will include 101 hotel units with associated site work, including utilities, paving, and landscaping. The building construction will consist of a combination of structural steel and load-bearing cold-form framing on the 1st floor. Floors 2 through 4 will be constructed with load-bearing cold-form metal studs with a hollow core precast plank for the floor system.
