2025 Summer Internship Program Concludes w/Scholarship Winners

Cleveland Construction, Inc. successfully wrapped up its 2025 Summer Internship Program last week.

Interns from multiple offices gathered at our company headquarters in Mentor, Ohio to present their experiences and contributions from the summer. This year’s program was marked by strong dedication and meaningful impact from every intern.

The final presentations were impressive and showed just how much each intern learned and grew over the summer. The top three interns were awarded scholarships in recognition of their exceptional performance.

  • Claiming 1st Place was Grant Nehrenz, a Kent State University student who worked in the field at the Riverview Elementary Classroom Addition this Summer. In recognition of his presentation, Grant received a $5,000 scholarship for his upcoming academic school year.
  • Taking 2nd place was Luka Begovic, who also worked in the field at the historic adaptive reuse of the Residences at 700 Prospect in Downtown Cleveland. His presentation earned him a $3,000 scholarship.
  • 3rd Place was earned by Mason Mager, who worked as a project manager intern, starting up a new retail project. Mason was the recipient of a $2,000 scholarship to continue his studies in Construction Management at Kent State University.

Cleveland Construction extends our sincerest appreciation to all our interns for their contributions and for the remarkable talents they brought to our team this Summer.
