Cleveland Construction Selected for Lowes Foods Grocery Renovation in South Carolina
Cleveland Construction, Inc. has been awarded the interior renovation of Lowes Foods Store #293, located at 3575 Maybank Highway, Unit L, in Johns Island, South Carolina.
The project involves a phased interior renovation of the existing 42,497 square foot KJ’s Market to convert the store into a Lowes Foods. Work includes demolition and improvements to key areas such as the sales floor, deli, restrooms, meat department, and customer service. Construction will take place over 32 weeks and will be completed during off-hours while the store remains open for daily operations.
Cleveland Construction will coordinate closely with store management to ensure minimal disruption to customers and maintain a safe environment throughout the project.
