Construction Begins on Homewood Suites in Celebration, Florida
Cleveland Construction, Inc. has officially mobilized and begun construction on the new Homewood Suites by Hilton located in Celebration, Florida. This custom-designed, 4-story, 128-key hotel is being built for Wealth Hospitality and designed by PFVS Architects, Inc.
Last week, our project team made progress onsite, including:
- Completion of perimeter layout and installation of silt fencing
- Construction entrance completed and project signage installed
- Site clearing and grubbing activities are underway
- Building pad clearing in progress
- Existing pressure gas main located
This early sitework marks the start of construction on the 4-story hotel, which will include a precast and block structure, 128 extended-stay suites, an outdoor pool, and surface parking.
Cleveland Construction is managing all aspects of site development and vertical construction, ensuring the project meets Hilton brand standards while reflecting the unique character of the Central Florida community.
