Jeff Campbell is the Sr. Director of Preconstruction & Business Development.

Jeff began working in the construction management and civil engineering field in 2004 and joined Cleveland Construction in 2015. He has a wealth of experience budgeting the construction of various project types, including adaptive reuse, multi-family, hospitality, corporate office, senior living, and retail projects.
