Construction Manager for the Aloft Hotel in City Park Charlotte

Cleveland Construction, Inc. managed the construction of a new Aloft Hotel within the City Park mixed-use development that includes Class A offices, residences, retail, and restaurants. 

This 5-story, 63,598 SF, steel-framed hotel building consists of 139 guestrooms with various support functions. Public spaces on the ground floor include front desk service, five meeting rooms, a lounge with a wet bar, a fitness center, an outdoor patio area with a fire pit, a swimming pool, and a bath/shower house.

Back-of-house service spaces on the ground floor level include a laundry facility, offices, and maintenance spaces.

The project also included various site improvements such as parking lots, walkways, landscaping, a retention pond, on-site utility services, and tie-ins within the property limit lines.
