Cleveland Construction was responsible for site clearing, earthwork, site utilities, drainage piping, traffic signals, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, retaining wall systems, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, concrete, burnished concrete floor finishes, precast concrete, masonry, steel erection, misc. metals, carpentry, waterproofing, EIFS, wall panels, membrane roof system, joint sealants, aluminum storefront, PVC plank flooring, VCT, acoustical ceiling, painting, fire protection, pneumatic tube system, HVAC, EMS, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical.
The project was completed on-time in September 2012. The construction duration was approximately 365 calendar days.
