General Contractor for a New SpringHill Suites with Parking Garage

Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for a new ground-up SpringHill Suites hotel with connected office space and parking garage located in Brentwood, Tennessee.

The structure of the new three-story, 152,000 square-foot hotel, and attached 3-story office building consisted of a post-tension concrete podium and load-bearing, cold-formed metal framing.

The hotel features 134 guestrooms over three floors. The first floor of the new SpringHill Suites hotel includes an indoor pool, a fitness center, a bar and lounge with a patio, a kitchen and buffet area, a boardroom, and 3,000 SF of meeting space with pre-function areas. Attached to the hotel, a new post-tension parking garage with 80 spaces was built along with a 15,000 square-foot office building that also includes ground-level retail space.
