Work First Program Application

Are you a High School student interested in a career in construction? We are looking for students graduating from a tech program to join our "Work First" Program to begin a career in Field Operations.

Our program includes ongoing training and development and a path to complete an associate degree at Lakeland Community College for those who choose that path. Our "Work First" program will create a career path for you to become a Construction Field Manager.
