Celebrating Women in Construciton Week 2026: "Level Up. Build Strong."

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is proud to celebrate the women who help our company and our projects succeed. During Women in Construction (WIC) Week 2026, held from March 1st to March 7th, we join a national movement to honor women in our industry. Throughout the week, we are highlighting the talented women working at our building sites and in our offices.

Women in Construction Week is led by The National Association of Women in Construction. This year’s theme for WIC Week is "Level Up. Build Strong."

As Cleveland Construction joins the celebrations, the company reaffirms its commitment to recognizing the significant contributions women make to the company’s projects and throughout the construction industry.

Cleveland Construction is participating in Women in Construction Week 2026 to promote and support women in the construction industry in hopes that other women will consider joining the construction industry.  

We value the unique skills and ideas that women bring to the job. We remain committed to creating a welcoming workplace where every person has the chance to grow and succeed.
