Cleveland Construction, Inc. Completes New Best Supply Warehouse in Fort Myers, Florida

Construction is now complete on the new 23,706 square-foot storage warehouse for Best Supply in Fort Myers, Florida, with Cleveland Construction, Inc. serving as the general contractor.

The facility features two single-story metal buildings, each standing 30 feet tall, connected by a 4,690-square-foot open breezeway. This design enhances material handling efficiency and supports Best Supply’s growing operational needs.

The project expands Best Supply’s regional distribution capabilities, providing secure, enclosed storage for construction materials. Cleveland Construction managed the full scope of work, including structural, architectural, and MEP systems, as well as site grading, utilities, and paving to ensure seamless access and operations.

Designed by South Florida Architecture, the warehouse was completed in August 2025. This project further strengthens Cleveland Construction’s reputation for delivering high-quality industrial facilities in Southwest Florida.
