Cleveland Construction Tops Out Hilton Garden Inn in Florence, KY Construction Progresses

Cleveland Construction, Inc. recently celebrated the topping out of a new 5-story Hilton Garden Inn hotel located in Florence, Kentucky.

The topping out signifies the completion of the structural system that consists of a combination of precast concrete, load-bearing steel framing, and CMU elevator/stair shafts.

The new 5-story, 77,292 square-foot hotel will include 123 units as well as an outdoor pool for guests. Hotel amenities included in this project include a breakfast buffer, fitness center, bar, co-working spaces, and an outdoor pool and sun deck.

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is serving as the general contractor for Peachtree Hotel Group and Phillips Partnership, PC is serving as the architect.

The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2022.
