Phase 2 of Carolina Camp Cedar Now Complete in Pickens, SC

Construction is now complete on Phase 2 of Carolina Camp Cedar in Pickens, South Carolina, with Cleveland Construction serving as the general contractor. This outdoor hospitality development transforms a former golf course into a modern retreat, featuring 25 RV parking sites, 12 pre-manufactured cabins, a pump station, and a dog park.

The scope of work included comprehensive sitework, such as demolition, regrading, drainage, erosion control planning, and sanitary sewer installation. Cleveland Construction also managed paving, infrastructure construction, and utility installation to ensure a seamless and functional outdoor experience for guests.

Designed by Earth Design Landscape Architecture, the project enhances Carolina Camp Cedar’s ability to provide a peaceful, nature-focused getaway for visitors.
