The 777 Rockwell Parking Garage, located in Downtown Cleveland was constructed on an existing surface parking lot and provides parking for the public and staff working in the neighboring Calfee Building.

The 6-story, 105,395 SF post-tensioned structure provides parking for 315 cars and includes ADA van and handicapped accessible parking as well as provisions for bicycle parking. The stair towers located at both North and South allow egress to Theresa Court and Rockwell Ave.

Architectural features include a predominantly glass storefront from ground level to the roof, facing Rockwell Avenue, and galvanized mesh panels spanning the entire width of the south elevation at each floor level.

The parking garage has also been equipped with state-of-the-art parking controls, enabling customers to pay easily via contactless technology.
