Cleveland Construction is managing the construction of a new Buc-ee's Travel Center at 601 Village West Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas. 

Construction began in fall 2026 with a 20-month timeline. The project scope includes site development, earthwork, utility installation, concrete paving, and landscaping. 

The facility will feature a 74,707 square-foot retail building, 2 fuel canopies with 100 fuel pumps, and a 5,600 square-foot restroom area. The fueling and restroom amenities are designed to accommodate high volumes of customer traffic and support Buc-ee's reputation for clean, accessible facilities. 

Cleveland Construction is overseeing all phases of the project, from site preparation through structural construction and final interior finishes. Our team is prioritizing schedule management and quality control to quickly deliver this new Buc-ee's as part of the company's strategic expansion in the Midwest.
