General Contractor for a New 10-Screen Movie Theater

Cleveland Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for this ground-up 10-screen Cinemark movie theater in Sandusky, Ohio.

This newly constructed 32,104 square-foot freestanding multiplex theater features 10 screens, a large concession area, and seating for 1,664 patrons. All 10 screens utilize top-quality digital projectors, wall-to-wall screens, Dolby Digital sound, and stadium seating. 

To accommodate Cinemark’s desire to have the theater ready before Thanksgiving, Cleveland Construction completed this construction project almost one month ahead of the original construction schedule.
