Holiday Inn Express at Knadle Hall

Contractor for a Multi-Phased Hotel Renovation

Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the multi-phased renovation of a 5-story, 219-room Holiday Inn Express conversion of Knadle Hall located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

The project consisted of a renovation of the hotel lobby and basement, and interior upgrades to all 219 rooms. The lobby renovations included upgraded interior finishes, front desk, a business center and offices. 

The renovation of the hotel basement included build-outs for a new breakfast bar, fitness center, game room, laundry room, offices, and conference room. 

The room upgrades included complete demolition and installation of new interior finishes and bathrooms, furniture rehabilitation, new granite tops, new flat-panel televisions, and audio/visual upgrades to enhance the guest experience. The hotel corridors received new carpet and wall coverings. Lobby elevators have also been completely remodeled with new millwork accents and finishes. 

The renovation of Knadle Hall began in March 2013 and was completed in May 2014.
