Marshberry Corporate Office Build-Out
Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the general contractor for a 17,900 SF build-out on the 4th floor of the ETON Chagrin Office Building for the new headquarters of MarshBerry, a consulting and investment banking services firm located in Woodmere, Ohio.
The build-out of the space included 32 offices, 2 restrooms, a conference room, a multipurpose room, a meeting room, and 4 huddle rooms. The scope of work also included all-glass entrances; reclaimed wood walls and ceilings in the kitchen, meeting room, multipurpose room, conference room, and reception area; custom casework; benches; cabinets; and countertops.
Additional improvements to the office space included upgrades to the 4th floor elevator lobby, which contains 2 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator with wood-grain-look porcelain tile on the floor and end wall, as well as energy-saving LED lighting fixtures and new mechanical controls, ductwork, and variable air volume (VAV) throughout the office space.
